GLOCAL 2022 is a unique event conceptualised by Hon. Manusha Nanayakkara, Minister of Labour and Foreign Employment brings together all departments under the Ministry of Labour & Foreign Employment and the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment in partnership with key stakeholders in the private sector including local and foreign employment agencies and support service providers with the goal of enhancing the opportunities for the Sri Lankan labour market both here and abroad.
The event will take place on October 15th and 16th October 2022 at Samanala Grounds, Galle for the benefit of residents in the entire Galle District.
This pilot project aims to expand the understanding of citizens on the legal and safe practices for engaging in both local and foreign employment; their rights as employees, creating awareness regarding Department of Labour (DOL) & Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) processes and services, and other government agencies directly related to the development and support of the labour force and employers.

டெஸ் வெளிநாட்டு வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் சோயனப் பணியாளர்கள் உட்பட 10,000 பேருக்கு அதிகமான மக்கள் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்து கொள்வார்கள் என்று நாங்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். இந்த வாய்ப்பைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்வதற்கு மிகவும் அறிவூட்டப்பட்ட உதவிக் குழுவாக டெஸ் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொடர்புடைய சேவைகளைப் பெற வேண்டும், நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிக்கான நல்ல பங்களிப்புகளை வழங்குவதற்கான சாத்தியக்கூறு இருப்பதை நான் நம்புகிறேன்.

කම්කරු හා විදේශ රැකියා අමාත්‍යවරයා ලෙස මා යටතේ ඇති විවිධ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු සහ ආයතන වෙතින් ලබාගත හැකි සේවාවන් සහ සම්පත් පිළිබඳව ජනතා දැනුවත්භාවය ඉහළ නැංවීමේ අවශ්‍යතාව මා විසින් හඳුනාගනු ලැබ තිබේ.
ඒ අනුව, මහජනතාවට ලබාගත හැකි සේවාවන් පිළිබඳ දැනුවත්භාවය ඇතිකිරීම සඳහා ග්ලෝකල් 2022 නමින් මෙවැනි සුවිශේෂ වැඩසටහනක් හඳුන්වාදීමට ලැබීම මා ලද සුවිසල් ජයග්‍රහණයක් ලෙස සලකමි.
දෙස් විදෙස් රැකියා අවස්ථා සොයන පිරිස් ඇතුළු 10,000කට අධික පිරිසක් දිනකට මෙම වැඩසටහනට සහභාගි වනු ඇතැයි අපි අපේක්ෂා කරන්නෙමු. මෙම අවස්ථාව උපයෝගී කරගනිමින් වඩාත් දැනුවත් ශ්‍රම බලකායක් ලෙස දෙස් විදෙස් රැකියා හා ආශ්‍රිත සේවා හා සම්බන්ධ ප්‍රතිලාභ හිමිකර ගැනීමටත්, රටේ සංවර්ධනයට යහපත් දායකත්වයක් ලබාදීමටත් සැමට හැකියාව ලැබෙනු ඇති බව මගේ විශ්වාසයයි.
